Email Collector/Phone Collector/Contact Form

What it does: Gathers email addresses from visitors.
Why use it: Perfect for building a newsletter, launching campaigns, or staying in touch.
Pro Tip: Make your call-to-action irresistible and add a thank-you message after submission and make sure to let users know their information is safe and they won’t be spammed.

The Email and Phone Collector Blocks let you grow your email list directly from your Biolink, turning casual visits into ongoing relationships with your community. Whether you want to keep your fans up-to-date, share promotions, or simply connect with them later, this block makes collecting emails easy and stylish.

Form settings

Start by customizing your form:

  • Email Placeholder:
    Provide a helpful hint, e.g. hello@example.com.

  • Name Placeholder:
     If you'd like to collect names alongside emails, add a clear label here (like Your full name) or leave it blank if you want to keep it simple.

  • Button Text:
     Change this to a clear Call To Action (CTA) — for instance, “Subscribe”, “Save My Spot”, or “Get Our Newsletter”.

  • Thank You Message:
     This is shown after submission — a great opportunity to appreciate your subscribers’ support (like “Thank you for signing up!”).

  • Thank You URL:
     Provide a link if you want to send your subscribers somewhere afterwards — for a special discount, a freebie, or additional information.

  • Show agreement checkbox (Optional):
     If you need consent under regulations like GDPR, enable this to show a consent box.
     Fill in your custom agreement text and add a link to your policy in Agreement URL.

Data Collection

All collected data can be accessed under Data. This lets you view your growing subscriber list in a convenient format.

Notifications

 Get an email or a webhook notification each time someone new subscribes.

Customization settings

Make your Email Collector block blend smoothly with your Biolink:

  • Name: Provide a clear name for your block (like “Illuminous”) for easy identification.

  • Image thumbnail (Optional): Attach a picture or icon to make your block more visually rich.

  • Icon: Select or insert an icon related to your content (like a paper plane or envelope).

  • Text color: Adjust for visibility against your background.

  • Text alignment: Align left, center, or right — whatever looks best.

  • Background color: Change it to match your style.

  • Animation: Select an animation to bring your block alive.

  • Columns: Choose whether you want 1 or 2 columns — helpful if you wish to add additional content alongside your form.

Border settings (Optional)

  • Border width: Thickness of the border.

  • Border color: Your choice of color.

  • Border radius: Change for a more rounded or sharp corner.

  • Border style: Choose from solid, dashed, double, outset, or inset.

Border shadow settings (Optional)

Create depth and dimension:

  • Border shadow offset X and Y: Horizontal and vertical placement of shadow.

  • Border shadow blur: How much softness or blurring is applied.

  • Border shadow spread: How much shadow “grows” or “expands” from the border.

  • Border shadow color: The color to match your branding or mood.

When you’re finished customizing, click Update to save your block. The block will appear instantly on your Biolink for your visitor’s interaction.
