Whether you’re delivering training materials to your team or adding helpful resources for your clients, this block lets you do it with ease — and a dash of style.
Upload Your File
Choose File:
Click Choose File to select your document. Supported formats include .pdf, .zip, .rar, .doc, and .docx — with a maximum size of 2 MB.
Tip: Compress your files if they’re larger than 2 MB for faster delivery.
Name Your File
Name:
Provide a clear, helpful, or catchy name for your document. This lets your users know exactly what they’re downloading.
Consider adding a short, clear title, like “Training File”, “Employee Handbook”, or “Company Guidelines”!
Image Thumbnail (Optional)
Choose File (Image Thumbnail):
If you wish, you can add a thumbnail image to make your File Block more visually rich. Supported formats include .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .gif, .webp, .avif — with a maximum size of 2 MB. This is a great opportunity to make your block look more professional and on-brand.
Icon
You can select a custom icon to appear alongside your file. This adds a nice, clear visual cue for your users.
Text Styles and Alignment
