Biolinks - Standard Blocks (Modal Text)

The Modal Text Module is a clever, space-saving tool that adds depth to your biolink page without overwhelming it. 

With just a single button, you can open a sleek pop-up (modal) containing any text you want—perfect for sharing additional info, disclaimers, terms, behind-the-scenes stories, or extended descriptions. It keeps your layout clean while offering visitors the option to dive deeper if they choose. Whether you're a brand wanting to add extra context or a creator sharing hidden gems, this module brings both functionality and flair to your biolink.

Name Your Block

Name: This is for your own reference and helps you identify your block in your Biolink builder.

Text Content

Here’s where you add the main content for your modal. This could be a special promotion, additional instructions, or a short note for your users. Use the rich text editor to format your content — bold, italic, links — whatever you need to make your message clear and stylish.

Button Text and URL (Call to Action)

  • Button Text:
     This is the label for your button — make it clear and actionable (like “Read More”, “Shop Now”, or “Download Guide”).

  • Destination URL:
     Provide the link you want your users to be redirected to after clicking your button.

Image Thumbnail (Optional)

Choose File (Image Thumbnail):
If you wish, you can add a thumbnail image to make your modal more visually appeal­ing. This can be a logo, icon, infographic, or even a small preview picture.
 (Tip: Supported formats include .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .svg, .gif, .webp, and .avif — maximum size 2 MB).

Icon (Optional)

 If you’d like, you can select a small icon to appear alongside your modal’s button or title.

Text Styles and Alignment

  • Text color:
     Choose a color for your text to match your branding or draw your visitor’s attention.

  • Text alignment:
     Align your text to the left, center, or right — whatever looks best with your design.

  • Background color:
     Change the background color to make your modal pop or blend in gracefully with your Biolink’s style.

Animation (Optional)

Select an animation to bring your modal to life. Choose from a range of effects for when it appears on your page.

Pro Tips

  • Consider adding a clear Call to Action to guide your visitor toward their next step.

  • Pair with related blocks (like Audio, File, or Video Blocks) for a rich multimedia experience.
