What Is This Tool For?

Think of a "Project" as a digital container that holds all the links, cards, and features you've built using heyy.li. Whether you're running a startup campaign, managing client profiles, or just having fun with digital portfolios - projects help you group your work so you don’t lose track of your brilliance.

Name Your Project

  • Where: The first input box labeled “Name”.

  • What to Do: Click on the box and enter a short, meaningful name.

    • Examples: “Q1 Client Leads”, “Portfolio - Design Work”, “July 2025 Campaign”

  • Tip: Choose a name that clearly reflects the purpose of the project. It'll help you find it quickly later.

Pick a Project Color

  • Where: The second box, underneath the “Color” label.

  • What to Do: Click to open the color picker or enter a hex code if you're feeling fancy.

  • Why This Matters: The color acts as a visual tag so you can easily differentiate your projects at a glance.

    • Black for professional portfolios? Purple for creative bursts? Your call!

Click 'Create'

  • Once your name and color are ready, hit the Create button (the lovely purple bar).

  • Boom! Your project is now live and ready to contain all the magic you’re going to build.
