Teams

Welcome to your Teams System – your hub for organizing, collaborating, and managing your work squads! Whether you're the one calling the shots or joining forces with others, you're in the right place.

Invite a Team Member

Create, invite and manage your teams. If your Badge Count is 0 → then you have not created any teams yet. Let's fix that!

  • Create a New Team: Got a new project or group? Hit that Create team button and set up your team in seconds.

  • Send Invitations:  To invite teammates, once the team is created, click Invite Members.

In the email field, enter the email of the person you want to invite. Example: hello@example.com (Make sure it’s valid—they’ll receive an invitation directly in their inbox.)

View Permissions

This option is checked by default. Your team member can view everything they’re allowed to access, like websites and notifications.

They cannot create, update, or delete unless those options are also selected. It is great for read-only roles like viewers, auditors, or curious cats who don’t need to make changes!

Create Permissions

  • Websites: This gives the invited member the ability to create new website entries or similar content in the system.

  • Website notifications: Turn this on to notify the team member when something related is created.

Update Permissions

  • Websites: Allows the user to edit or update existing websites.

  • Website notifications: Add or update website notifications.

Delete Permissions

  • Websites: Enables the member to remove or delete website from list.

  • Website notifications toggle: Allows team members to delete website notifications. Can be assigned to Admins or trusted team leads who know what needs to go (and when!).

An important note: "The invited user will not have access to any account-related pages, such as account settings, payments, logs…etc." This keeps your core account safe and only team functionalities are shared.

Once you are happy with the permissions setup, Click Invite via email to send out the invite! Your team member will get an email and be ready to join in no time.

Pro Tips:

  • Only assign delete permissions to users you absolutely trust.

  • You can always change permissions later—this isn’t set in stone.

  • Keep roles clear and organized for a super smooth workflow.

Manage Team Members

This page lets you peek into who’s got the keys to what!

Check out your team members’ permissions, their roles, and all the nitty-gritty details because great teams run on clarity!

Image

Add a friendly visual to your notification! Upload a JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF, or even a snazzy WEBP. It helps your message stand out and adds a touch of personality. Keep the image file under 5 MB for quick loading.

Made a mistake or want to swap your image? Tick Delete uploaded file checkbox to remove the current image and upload a new one.

Image ALT

This is the “behind-the-scenes” label for your image. It improves accessibility (for screen readers) and helps with SEO. Example: If your image shows a chat bubble, you might write: "Chat icon indicating support available".

Notification URL

Want to send users somewhere when they click the notification? Paste the link here—your product page, contact form, blog post, etc.

Optional: Leave it blank if the notification is just informational and doesn’t need a click-through.

The final step! Once you’ve customized everything to your heart’s content, click Update to save and preview your creation in the top-right corner.
